Africa Fire Mission: Impacts on Fire Service Culture in Kenya
The University of Kentucky College of Communication and Information, Department of Communication has released initial research from Doctor Amber Lynn M. Scott and Doctor Ikeola Bodunde. This research was developed alongside Africa Fire Mission (AFM) and focused on team-building, culture, and training in Kenya. These initial findings show AFM at the forefront of a cultural shift in Kenya’s fire and emergency response services, creating an environment of collaboration that leads to information sharing and faster development.
