Active Bleeding Control Instructor Materials

The materials below are intended for Africa Fire Mission volunteers that have been trained as instructors in our Active Bleeding Control program:

Below is a detailed list of all program elements for our Active Bleeding Control training and details on when to utilize them.

At the conclusion of training, complete and submit the following:

  1. Instructor Training Report: The Training Report must be completed before Certificates will be issued to participants.
  2. Training Sign-In Sheets: Sign-in sheets must be TYPED for certificates to be issued.
  3. Sign-In Sheet is available in three versions: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and PDF.
  • Google Sheets - If you are signed into a Google Account, go to File>Make a Copy. After filling in the form, Share the form with programs@africafiremission.org. If you are not signed into a Google Account, you can save a copy as an Excel document; File>Download>Microsoft Excel.
  • Microsoft Excel - Download and complete the sign-in sheet.
  • PDF - The sign-in sheet PDF form is for classroom use only. You must submit the sign-in sheet as one of the above spreadsheets. We cannot accept scanned copies of handwritten sign-in sheets.

• After filling in the sign-in sheet - email it to programs@africafiremission.org. Please also consider submitting 2 - 3 photos from your training event.

Invite participants to complete the Training Evaluation. This can be completed by participants online with our Online Evaluation or by printing paper evaluations.*

Submit Use Case Report:

If you have Used Active Bleeding Control Techniques for life threatening bleeding, submit information here. You can also submit your use cases through a voice note in our active bleeding control whatsapp group.
