You are invited our annual fundraiser on October 12th to help us ignite hope and empower African Firefighters! Together we will raise funds to continue to train firefighters and to support our fire prevention programs across Africa to end the devastating impact that uncontrolled fire has on the lives, health and wellness of individuals and communities across Africa.

In 2013, Africa Fire Mission created our signature event. Chama means party in the Swahili language. The Chama has raised funds which in turn have trained thousands of firefighters and more than 60 million children and other community members to end the devastating impact that uncontrolled fire has on the lives, health and wellness of individuals and communities across Africa. The 2024 Chama will be held on October 12th at the Local 48 Cincinnati Fire Fighters Union Hall in Cincinnati, Ohio. We will celebrate education, networking and unprecedented community support for firefighters in Africa. There will be connecting with friends, delicious food and drink, and showcasing our growing silent auction. Show your support of our mission to increase the capacity of the fire services in Africa so that communities and families can be safe from the ravages of fire and injuries, loss of property and lives caused by uncontrolled fires.
